FILIPINO FINANCIAL CORPORATION was originally established on June 1, 1961 under the corporate name AGUIRRE ACCEPTANCE & SECURITIES COMPANY, INC. On April 22, 1966, its Articles of Incorporation was amended and its corporate name was changed to AGUIRRE SECURITIES CORPORATION. On June 21, 1973, its Articles of Incorporation was further amended and its name changed to what it is today. The company is presently engaged in consumer/commercial credit financing and has established itself as among the pioneer and leaders in the financing of reconditioned trucks. It is located at Unit 1803, 88 Corporate Center Valero cor. Sedeño Sts., Salcedo Village, Makati City.
